We were delighted to welcome Andrew Bailey, head of the Financial Conduct Authority, who visited us at our Hove offices. He spent time with our staff discussing the problems clients face, and the work we do to combat debt and financial abuse. Following this, he spoke on the Radio 4 Today programme, commenting on the high levels of debt amongst young people today.
